Zuzanna is a Polish visual artist born in Warsaw in 1987, based in Lisbon, Portugal. She finished Painting and Visual structures in Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 2014 with excellent results in the class of Jaroslaw Modzelewski. She was a finalist in national art competitions, and her work was exhibited in galleries across Poland, including Zachęta, National Gallery of Art in Warsaw.
Inspired by surrealism and artists like Marcel Duchamp, David Lynch, and Genesis P-Orridge, Zuzanna works mainly with oil paint on large canvases for a more engaging experience.
Her figurative art is layered with emotional and intellectual depth, inviting deeper contemplation. The creative process blends dreams, visions, found objects, images, new technologies, music, and cinematography to enrich the narrative and aesthetic of her work.
